These Terms govern your use of Kamalia.pk (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (and old enough to form a binding contract) to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post, but grant us a licence to host, display, and distribute it within the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to post it. Prohibited content and conduct are described in our Community Guidelines and Content Policy.

Listings, directory & third parties

Kamalia.pk is a directory and marketplace platform. Listings, doctors' details, prices, and other information are provided by users and third parties. We do not verify or endorse them and are not a party to any transaction between users. See our Disclaimer.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You can report content or block users in the app; we review reports and remove violating content and accounts.

Paid features & advertising

Some features (such as advertising and promotions) are paid. Fees, billing, and cancellations are described at checkout and in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
