Child Safety Standards

Version 2026-07-17Last updated 14 August 2026

Kamalia.pk has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out our standards, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.

Our commitments

  • We prohibit CSAE and CSAM anywhere on the Service and remove it as soon as we become aware of it.
  • We remove offending accounts and preserve and report violations to the relevant authorities (including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, NCMEC, where applicable) as required by law.
  • The Service is not intended for children under 13, and accounts are for adults and appropriately-aged users only.

How to report

If you encounter content or behaviour that endangers a child, report it immediately using the in-app "Report" action on the content, or email [email protected] with details. Reports are prioritised and reviewed promptly.

Child safety point of contact

Our designated child-safety contact can be reached at [email protected]. We cooperate with law enforcement and child-protection organisations.

In an emergency

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
