Data & Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Kamalia.pk account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and what may be retained.

How to request deletion

In the app (fastest): open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after a short grace period.

By email: send a request from your registered email address to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to verify your identity before we proceed.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and account credentials.
• Your listings, posts, comments, reviews, and messages.
• Your saved items, bookmarks, and preferences.

What we may retain

We may retain limited information where the law requires it or for legitimate business needs — for example, transaction and invoice records for tax and accounting, and minimal records needed to prevent fraud or abuse. Retained data is kept only as long as necessary and then deleted or anonymised.

Timeline

Account deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Backups are purged on our regular rotation shortly after.
