Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid features on Kamalia.pk, such as advertising campaigns and promoted listings.

Cancellations

You can cancel a scheduled campaign before it starts. Once a campaign or promotion has started serving, the portion already delivered is non-refundable.

Refunds

• If a paid feature fails to deliver due to a fault on our side, you may request a refund or credit for the undelivered portion.
• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the charge.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, otherwise as account credit.
